In Chilly Conflict you take the role of leader of a powerful Capitalist or Communist Country. As the leader it is your responsibility to decide how you respond to certain situations and move towards cooperation and an amicable friendship or mutual annihilation.
As you progress your decisions become more important and each one can shape certain elements of your game, whether it be your countrys financial assets, power or relationships with opposing countries.
